Capable of interpreting the wine-growing areas always in a different way, Chardonnay has found in Sicily a real habitat suited to it in order to express itself to the best of its potential.

The vineyards of the estate are exposed in the northern quadrant around 350 m above sea level and a short distance from the coast, developing in total harmony with the Mediterranean macroclimate whose presence of the sea determines modest daily and annual temperature variations.

Faithful to the company’s production philosophy, the wine obtained from these grapes does not betray its original varietal heritage, with notes of peach, apricot, ripe fruit, tropical fruit, honey and acacia flowers recurring in the glass.
