One of the oldest and most representative autochthonous white grape varieties of Western Sicily.

Pure Grillo with a remarkable freshness and a citrus and floral bouquet with pleasant herbaceous nuances. The vineyards, grown according to the spurred cordon system, are exposed to the southwest at an altitude between 300 and 400 m a.s.l. which guarantees a slow concentration of sugars during ripening and a consequent increase in polyphenolic substances that contribute to the enhancement of the grape varietal aromas.
The harvest is carried out entirely by hand and takes place ahead of time to enhance the refined freshness and olfactory persistence.
