The only blend of the Branciforti dei Bordonaro family, it combines the strong power of Nero d’Avola with the spicy and intense flavor of Merlot.
One of the company’s production projects was to enhance the assembly of native and non-native grapes present in the region to explore the enological potential of these wines. Based on this desire, this rosé was born from Merlot and Nero d’Avola grapes.
The grapes are harvested at different harvest times to respect the different ripening times and enhance the organoleptic characteristics of each grape variety. It reveals itself in the glass with a compact purplish red mantle with hints of blackberry, blueberry and soft and persistent spicy notes that give it a sober elegance.
