It is perhaps the most common white grape throughout the Sicilian region.

In the western part of the island it manages to convey all the suggestion of the fragrances and aromas that characterize this land. From these vineyards located in the countryside of Trapani in correspondence with the coastal strip and with the proximity of the hill systems, a white wine is born that tells a story in itself.

The aromas are intense, so much so that this vine is considered a semi-aromatic grape; tropical fruit, cereals, honey, almonds and candied fruit, flowers, all primary aromas that are enhanced through careful and meticulous procedures, from breeding to winemaking.
