One of the oldest and most representative autochthonous white grape varieties of Western Sicily.<\/span><\/h3>\n

Pure Grillo<\/strong> with a remarkable freshness and a citrus and floral bouquet with pleasant herbaceous nuances. The vineyards, grown according to the spurred cordon system, are exposed to the southwest at an altitude between 300 and 400 m a.s.l. which guarantees a slow concentration of sugars during ripening and a consequent increase in polyphenolic substances that contribute to the enhancement of the grape varietal aromas.
